Wedding receptions are the time to celebrate newly taken vows and the beginning of a lifetime together. Oak Hill can accommodate the intimate to elaborate reception. An 1890 restored Barn, now called The Barnhouse, serves as a cozy venue for the intimate reception, bridal shower, luncheon, rehearsal dinner or private party. The Barnhouse can accommodate 50 people and overlooks the pond, which features a lighted fountain.

For larger parties, our tented setting (situated atop a concrete patio) provides an ideal location for outdoor tented events up to 250 people. Our many years of experience and our familiarity with our property allow us to guide you and show you what has worked successfully in the past. You have the freedom to experiment with different ideas and decide, with our assistance, what will work the best for you. Heating and cooling options are available in our tented setting!

Before heading into the dinner and dancing portion of your event, choose from two locations on the property to host an unparalleled cocktail hour. Serve signature drinks from the Schoolhouse or Country Store, or let your guests take in the splendor of the Barnhouse, using the decks, lawn and interior space. Using vintage wagons to serve your food and beverages completes the rustic elegant atmosphere that Oak Hill is known for.
